Right from the start, Molly was approachable and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel much more relaxed and straightforward. She kept everything clear and simple, always being available to answer any questions and offer guidance along the way. Her friendly nature really made a difference, and we always felt she had our best interests at heart. GoogleI went with two estate agents to market the property as I thought this would provide competition and the best possible outcome. The other agent although very good did not provide as many viewing as Goodfellows or as many offers. They were able to match me with the perfect tenants for the property and despite me rejecting some offers they kept on speaking to their clients until we were able to find to the right tenants for the property. Special mention and thanks to Beckie (Letting Manager) and Fella (Senior Administrator) who were 100% professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Goodfellows in Cheam if you are looking to rent out a property

GoogleI was very satisfied with the sales service I received from Goodfellows Cheam. Stefan, Maria and Lorraine were all I could wish for during the process of selling my Cheam flat. I felt they were a remarkably good team and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Also, Goodfellow’s conveyancing solicitors were excellent, helped by impressive case-management software that kept everyone informed of progress.

Thank you to Yasmin who made our move out and viewings run smoothly as possible, whilst being friendly and professional. During tenancy as well Goodfellows are very quick to resolve any maintenance issues or any queries should you have them.

GoogleI had the lovely experience of being shown around a property by Molly. I view a lot of properties through my business and have to say she is by far the friendliest bubbliest agent I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Whilst there she gave suggestions and followed up with me later on. Sadly the house didn’t have sufficient bedroom space for my needs. I would recommend Molly to anyone looking to have their house let, what an asset to this company.
