Thinking back on how the purchase process was, dealing with estate agents right from viewing/placing an offer until getting the keys is a seamless process and a very pleasant experience overall. Even though sellers are their clients, they kept me in the loop throughout the process and provided updates when needed, quick turnarounds with any queries and chased up the seller just to speed up the process. GoogleWe purchased our property through F&C Cheam back in Nov 2021. Prior to that we have attended numerous properties viewings with them and the team have always been professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Purchasing a house during Covid high peak period was crazy as the market was so hectic and stressful and Adrian looked after us for our purchase and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advices and responded to our enquiries very quickly, this made our transaction less stressful and much more smoothly. GoogleAfter nearly 40 years the thought of moving and downsizing was daunting. We chose Fine and Country due to their excellent reputation. Adrian, the branch manager, was very reassuring and despite a delay of a year, due to the lockdown, the marketing was superb. It generated enormous interest and led to more than 80 first and second viewings. Sharon and Riley facilitated them all which led to more than 20 offers. F and C filtered and guided us to a successful sale. The F and C team were thoroughly professional, kept us fully briefed and were readily available to give advice.
