Googlei just share my letting experience with this state agent very disappointed kept my flat in the market for as long as 3 month whit no much reply and they said is over priced , which i ask them to value it at first. and they charge more fee as we agreed , its not finishing yet i still get letter from utility company estimated bill they didn't take meter reading right , when i ask them why they told me its happen all the time

I was very happy with your handling of the purchase of my house in Gatley Your staff were always polite and helpful My calls were answered promptly and my questions answered in a timely manner Mike Keeling deserves a special mention The process was stalling and in danger of not happening or dragging on When I called Mike and asked for his help he facilitated communications between solicitors and the chain. GoogleIf you want to get gazumped and messed around. Have a look at some nice houses that Andrew J Dawson has for sale.
It is never our intention to mess anyone around and we do not encourage gazumping. However if any offer is made at anytime, we are duty bound to pass this offer on to the vendor. It is then the decision of the vendor and not us as agent. However, we do sympathise with anyone trying to buy in this exceptioally busy market where there are more buyers than property available. We realise that it can be a frustrating time for buyers and only wish there were more houses coming to the market to meet the current demand. We hope you find a suitable property soon and we are here to help if we can.

GoogleI have been going for a few house viewings recently and i must say and advise the public that andrew dawson employee member mike sales agent is so bad. He was so blazze about taking the viewing was no helpful at all really rude didnt care. I can only imagine how he would be trying to sell properties. Worst estate agents
