GoogleNot very happy . payed for identity check to them,and another 2 identity checks with solicitors totalling £265.00. surely 1 identity check is good enough if you give national insurance which I have had from 15 year old. It's just money making.
Good Morning Frank. We are sorry to hear that you were made to pay for 3 identity checks. Usually you would have to pay for one with the estate agent and one with your solicitor. If your solicitor has made you pay for 2 then I would question this with them.

She has been excellent and very professional throughout the Lettings process and always keeps you informed of the progress with each application. GoogleFantastic service from all of the team at Your Move Chapeltown, with a special mention for Vicki and Charlotte. I initially put my property up for sale (great service around this inc the mortgage advisor in store), but decided rental was a better option for me. Everything was explained perfectly in the initial consultation and my property was up on the lettings market within a couple of hours. Within 5 days Charlotte had secured a tenant and since then communication has been fantastic throughout the process. I have opted for the fully managed service and have no doubt the team will do a great job. I'd highly recommend to anybody looking to sell or let our their property - thank you guys :)

GoogleI can’t thank Gemma at Your Move enough for time and effort she has put in to getting our property through as quick as she can,she has been there all the way through with any questions we need answering or anything we needed doing and done it straight away. Nothing has ever been too much to ask of her,she has been in touch back and fourth helping as and when we needed. She will be hard to be replaced at Chapeltown but best of luck for the future.

GoogleWe have sold and bought through Gemma at Chapeltown and have heard she is leaving. I would like to thank her for all her patience and coming to us to help fill in forms and just reassure us at every step. Although we haven't completed yet I know she will still be there when needed.
