GoogleDebbie and Kirsten did an excellent job selling my house it sold within a few days of going on the market only for the buyer to pull out six weeks later they informed my immediately and put the house straight back on the market and it sold again within days, I then had problems contacting my solicitor so Debbie pulled out all the stops and got the sale completed for me I can’t thank her enough. GoogleConsidering the challenges that the team at Blundells in Chapeltown are facing with the ongoing restrictions, they did a brilliant job, and have been able to maintain an excellent standard and level of professionalism. I have been happy with the service provided by Kirsten, Debra, Scott, and Nathan and would certainly recommend Blundells to those looking for a team that will work hard on their behalf. Home selling/buying is of course a very stressful time, and I’m especially grateful to Kirsten for her bright and positive attitude which was so often needed. GoogleI had an appointment for a valuation off this branch. The appointment had been booked for over a week. Today on the same day of the appointment i received a voicemail this morning around 11am and was asked to get in touch with Scott and left a contact number. I then phoned at 11.37 am, 12.13 pm, 13.03 pm and 13.36 pm only to reach an answer machine on every call i made to which i didn't leave a message. I then eventually received another call off Scott at 14.12 pm to notify me that my appointment in less than 2 hours at 4pm was being cancelled. This compromised other plans that i had put on hold and could not re plan due to such late notification. The cancellation could have been left on the 1st voicemail at 10.59 am instead of trying to call numerous times to no avail and eventually being let down in the 2 hours prior to an appointment made over a week ago. Upon being told of the appointment cancellation and asked to reschedule off Scott i replied that i didn't want to reschedule with an estate agent that cannot answer their phone calls and wouldn't trust an estate agent to sell my home as they cannot be reached after numerous calls at different times and ended the call. I was left feeling angry, let down but also very thankful that my house wasn't on their books for sale and even more thankful that i had not given this incompetent estate agents a single penny of my money.

I am sorry that you were left feeling angry and let down, however, I note the branch did contact you twice about this matter and did offer to rescheduled the viewing for you at which point you terminated the call. GoogleJulian Has been so helpful with our 2 mortgages, the information was also very clear and followed by phones calls and meetings. We can’t thank him enough and are already recommending him to people we know. I would also like to mention Debs who also works at the branch even though we were not buying a property through Blundell’s she was help with how to look at prices in areas and the knowledge she imparted was great. When we found our property, they were all so please for us 😊

GoogleI'd previously had my house on the market for 2 years with a different agent to no avail, I eventually got in touch with Scott at Blundells Chapeltown...1st impressions was they seemed a lot more professional than other agents Ive tried ... Julie Patrick took over the main overseeing and was my point of contact...wow! Viewing after viewing after viewing ....I can't praise the team enough for their professionalism and ability to make things happen...(as well as being very nice people to deal with) went above and beyond to get my house sold as quick and as physically possible....Julie had her finger on the pulse every step of the way chasing up all the red tape and keep me in the picture whenever there was any developments ....would recommend the Chapeltown Blundells team 100% ....thanks Blundells 👌🏼
