GoogleMatt Wood dealt with our mortgage. He is a dishonest man who can not be trusted! He blatantly lied to us saying we would get a 50% discount on completion to stop us looking at deals elsewhere. He said completion fees would be waivered, and then took the money from our bank account anyway and pretended to know nothing about it!

GooglePhoned up with a property to sell and they never called me back. Phoned them again early afternoon an a chap called Lee answered, he was as good as useless. Would be very surprised if he made sales, gives up to easily !NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleFantastic experience purchasing a house through Blundells Chapeltown. The office staff were friendly and very helpful. Special mention to the mortgage advisor Julian who arranged the mortgage. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us sorting the purchase and was brilliant all round.

GoogleI went to see the Mortgage advisor Julian Sobey, easily got an appointment with him, he got back to me same day with rates and mortgage application was submitted following day. Julian very helpful professional. Definitely recommend best person to approach if you need mortgage advise.
