GoogleThis estate agent is a ASSET to this area. Amazing amazing amazing. We was first time buyers and so everything was soo new for us, but the beautiful team made every step so easy. Jordan was so helpful from the start and even when things didn’t go well with the house we originally wanted, he was always calling us up to recommend other houses that he knew we would love, and we just got the keys to our dream home yesterday. Thanks to his help and recommendation. Jo, where do I start, picking our calls up maybe 5 times a day and giving us the time of day when other estate agents couldn’t be bothered to, she was helping us every step of the way, Tom- helped us to speed the process up and was so quick and efficient and just in general this whole team is amazing! GoogleBooked an appointment to view a house, viewed the house and made an offer even more than the asking price and more than it's worth in that area. Never got any call back from the Gower estate agent. Atleast common courtesy should tell them to call you back and let you know if your offer was accepted or rejected. I had to call them 2 days later to check what's going on and was told on the spot our offer was reject. Update!!! got a call back from them after 3weeks if we are still interested in the property we viewed, we said NO

GoogleCan't speak highly enough of all the staff at Gower Dawes. Professional, efficient, patient and excellent value for money. Everyone I had any dealings with were friendly and in this very unique and challenging time we are currently in they made the whole process much easier and smoother than I expected or could have hoped for. Special thanks to Tom, Jo and Jay for working round some of the difficulties I had. Wonderful to have been able to have this great estate agents right on the doorstep and without parking costs. GoogleVery careful with this Estate Agent. They are honestly greedy & unprofessional. They accepted my offer after confirmation with Vendor. I provided my all documents to them within 30 minutes. Also she already gave me solicitor price etc. They supposed to contact with my broker after two days 12pm . But rather than contacting with my broker they are taking other people’s offer. Then my broker called to Jo Herbert.I called them 1pm they said they have got another 3 more offer on table. I have to give my final price again. Even I gave final offer again which more than accepted price. They didn’t accept it. What a greedy !!
Hello Junel, As per our original email we explained to you that your offer was accepted subject to you providing supporting documents and broker details and until this point the property would remain on the market. By the time these documents were provided and your broker making contact with us (a full week after your offer was put forward) we were in receipt of offers from 3 further parties. You were then given a 24 hour period to increase your offer which was still below others we had received. The vendor decided to proceed with a higher offer from a more proactive party. You have to understand that this is a very competitive market and we work in the best interest of our vendors. If your all information had been provided when asked no further viewings would have taken place.
