GoogleAbsolutely disgusting. Ignores everything. We was there for an entire year and the problems that were already there still weren't fixed by the time we left. They also falsely told the water company that we had left five months later than we actually had and we have evidence of moving out we got over £100 bill from the water company until we explained and gave the evidence that this was false. Hi Emily, We are very surprised to have received this review. All issues that were reported during your tenancy were dealt with and reported to the landlord, multiple tradesmen were sent out to resolve issues throughout your tenancy. If any jobs were not completed this would be down to the landlord not giving sanction for them. Regarding the water company we contacted them to advise them of a new tenant moving in after you left the property, you should also have contacted them yourself to advise that you are no longer living there. This is the first that we are hearing of this issue and if you had contacted us we could have assisted. If the water company have continued to bill you that is a mistake on their end, not ours. As you can imagine these reviews can be very damaging to a business and we would kindly ask you to reconsider your review. Please feel free to contact us to discuss further.

FacebookAmazing team of guys. Really down to earth and ready to go the extra mile. When the grays high street agents were acting sloppy and unmotivated due to the recent sakes boom, Gower maintained a level of attentiveness, professionalism, commitment and diligence from the beginning and that made me go with them. My transaction wasn’t straight forward but they made the phone calls, chased lawyers, attends viewing through Covid. Top guys.

A huge thank you to Jo H, who liased with the sellers and their solicitors throughout the process and always got back to me. FacebookWe sold fairly recently using Gower Dawes (not their fault) but the whole process was a nightmare. We were extremely unlucky with silly requests and changing the goal post 3 times we were meant to exchange contracts - it was awful! However, without Jo for Gower Dawes I don’t think it would have eventually completed. She was amazing throughout.. and dealt with an awful sale amazingly. I thank her for the chain not breaking and now the stress was all worth it. Thank you for all of your hard work and getting us into our home! I know it was awful for you too! X
