I had such a great experience with the team. Jordan showed me around the property and was so helpful and welcoming from the start. Since then, Roxanne’s communication has been amazing. She was always so quick to respond, kept me updated and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I also spoke with Jo, who was equally helpful and lovely to deal with. Overall, I’ve been really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend the team!

Had a really positive experience with Gower Dawes Estate Agents. After visiting several agencies, this was the only place where I genuinely felt treated as a person rather than just another applicant. Jo was kind, patient, and very understanding, and Jordan was incredibly welcoming and helpful during the viewing, even though I arrived unexpectedly. They both took the time to listen, answer questions, and offer useful advice, which made a big difference. Moving after many years is stressful, but I left feeling much more reassured and positive about the whole process. Even though we didn’t go ahead with the property this time, I’d happily work with them again and highly recommend them.

I was working 3rd party with a lady that has purchased a property from Gower Dawes estate agent in chadwell-st-Mary. I cannot praise Jo enough, she went above and beyond, and I mean above and beyond. I would not go anywhere else to sell or purchase a property. We had a few problems along the way, but Jo was onto them non stop, along with the solicitors. I would like to thank you for being so persistent, yet reassuring all the way and helping me guide my sister-in-law through the whole process. I would highly recommend Gowers Dawes to anyone. Although the purchase of my house began with some complications due to the chain situation I was facing, Gowers Dawes (Jo) never ceased to fight diligently to ensure a successful outcome. I am especially grateful for the Estate Agent (jo) assigned to my purchase; she was truly exceptional. She consistently kept everything on track by liaising and engaging with all stakeholders and their representatives involved in the chain. The most thrilling part of the transaction came at the end, when Jo delivered outstanding performance. I completed on Friday as a FTB which was quite a nerve-racking, tense and challenging journey. The support of Jo and Jordan was great from the onset. Jo, really supported me at each step and was always at the end of the phone when the need was presented. It was nice to do business with people who were kind and showed humanism. This was my experience. I was given cute little box and an information pack when i collected the keys which was a nice touch. It also gave me guidance for my next steps! Hi this is murriam (problem with my account so using sisters account) wow what can I say about Gower Dawes. They helped me buy a house a year ago and a year later due to sad unforeseen circumstances in my personal life, they helped me to put tenants in and now we have sold the house. So I speak for all 3 circumstances, they have helped me buy, put tenants in, and now sold a house for me. They have been so supportive in very sad circumstances, been there for every step of the way. I already had an estate agent to sell my house, more the pity. However I contacted these guys to buy a bungalow and it was completed last week. They were more help than my estate agents who I was paying. Jo was outstanding and pushed the completion through to the end despite numerous obstacles , one being my buyer.
