Hi Simon, These reviews are for the service provided by our Chaddesden branch, where there's a team of very hard-working people who put a tremendous amount of effort into providing great results for customers. You may feel differently, but we don't feel it's the place to voice your personal issues with the owner of the company. Those issues are between you and him, not with the Chaddesden team, who will all be affected by your 1 star review. If you've had a bad experience as a customer of Hannells, then fair enough - but from your comments, that doesn't seem to be the case.
