GoogleDisgusting organisation. Rude and unprofessional staff, will make false promises to get you (probably a young and dumb student like myself) to rush you into signing the contract. I warn anyone against dealing with A1. It is not surprising that nobody has left a positive review, who isn't affiliated in some way with A1.

Googlelow effect! They always ignore your emails and aren't a reliable choice when you are urgent for a room. And They won't give you back your admin money if you don't want their rooms any more. Stay away from them!

GoogleExtremely unprofessional, not answering the emails, won't show the properties in the photos, discriminating especially for the students. One of the worst agencies in Aberystwyth. Not recommend, avoid them!

This review is disappointing as your daughter is not a tenant with us, hence us not being able to release keys to a property as requested. Abusive behaviour towards staff in our office will not be tolerated and we hold CCTV footage if needed. Please get in touch if you need more information or wish to discuss this matter further.
