Karen, I realise you have your problems but please stop these reviews you post under fictitious names. For the benefit of anyone reading this, Karen is not a client and has never been. Her exceptionally threatening behaviour and language has resulted in quite a few police complaints from her neighbours, many of whom have had to move house because of Karen's bizarre behaviour.

Dear Kumo Panda It looks like you have reviewed the wrong company. We have no knowledge of any client or contact of any kind who might go under the pseudonym you use. I would appreciate if you would remove this fictitious or erroneous review. Many people rely on Google reviews for an accurate impression of a company.

Hi Smurf Thank you for leaving a review. I have searched through our database and I am not sure that you are actually a client of Northwood Central. Perhaps you have confused us with a different Northwood office or a different estate agents. I am concerned that you left 3 stars instead of our usual 5 stars which indicates some area of concern. I have looked everywhere on our contact lists etc and cannot find any trace of who you are. We always work really hard to keep our clients as happy as possible and I would appreciate if you would contact me in order that I can address any issues you may have. Hi Gordon I am surprised and disappointed that you felt you had to leave this rating, especially when you consider the amount we did to help you during some difficult times.
