GoogleWe have had problems with this branch in the past. But the new manager was very accommodating and respectful to our situation. He was honest and professional and now I definitely would recommend.

GoogleI was appalled at the so called service. they charged me double what another agent quoted and yet didnt live up to how they felt that was justifiable. A genuine bunch of corporate buffoons.
Taylors is a transparent agency, we are completely straightforward, upfront and honest about our fee structure. Our fees can be found displayed to the public inside every Countrywide office, can be found easily online on all property portals that we advertise with, and our staff are happy to discuss our fee structure with our customers in the office or via telephone even before a property viewing is arranged. We constantly monitor the fees of other agents in the marketplace and ensure that our fees are pitched in line with our competitors and industry regulations so they are not excessive and are set fairly for our customers.

Awful estate agents - selling a property that wasn't even available to buy led us up the garden path after we had forked out £200 for mortgage valuation and then £600 for survey. To then be told seller hasn't even given notice to tenants worst customer service no apologies avoid at all costs!
