Yet another great service!

Yet another great service from the lettings team. Vienna & Lesley have been persistent and professional throughout. The covid impact has left me rather downbeat but the ladies have been optimistic ad continued forward, and their tenacity paid off. As I have come to expect (im spoilt now) they go above my expectations, which is very reassuring and comforting. Vienna is a great asset to the team and is always on hand - Lesley has built up a great team! I highly recommend!!!

One Star is an over achievement for…

One Star is an over achievement for Taylors Lettings of Swindon. Having gone through the tenants application process and with an occupation completion date within 48 hrs, not only did they discover the premises offered for rental was not compliant with certificates, they requested a twofold increase on the deposit. Completely incompetent and unreliable service and reflective of all that is wrong with letting in the UK. Representing unreliable and greedy landlords - avoid at all costs. And possibly a lesson if you are selling or buying. Go to Allen & Harris or Dewhurst!!!

5 stars doesn't do David, Katie and the team at Taylors in Swindon justice, David was an absolute legend when it came to letting my house out, no only did he take excellent photographs, full listing details, my property went on their website on a Friday and Monday morning I had a call to say a Let had been agreed, rent payments have been on time every month, any questions I've had have been answer quickly.When we came to list my wife's house ready for our move we went straight to David, I didn't think it was possible to beat last time but they had a let agreed the same day we instructed them.David should be well on the way to winning Letting Agent of the year (if such a thing exists!)If your considering letting out your home - use Taylor's it's as simple as that!

Back in 2020- My partner and I were first time buyers, Taylors was one of the many estate agents we went to when were looking for our first home. Even though we didn't hear anything for just under 1 month, Adam called me and told us he had a home for sale that would be perfect us, and he couldn't have been any more right! We sold our house with Taylors and the team were very patient guiding us through quite a tough process in which we sadly lost our buyer halfway through (no fault of Taylors, it was a problem lower down the chain). The Taylors team really pulled out all of the stops to find us another buyer ASAP so that we didn’t lose our onwards purchase. Overall the process was 9 months for us start to finish, bearing in mind that Taylors only get paid once completed, we really got our moneys worth out of the Team! The whole time Luke, Clive, Adam and everyone else at the Dunstable branch that we dealt with remained calm, approachable, competent and reassuring. They also patiently put up with being on the receiving end of my frazzled rants at the more testing parts of our process, we really appreciate all that the team have done for us, and we’re so relieved we finally made it into our new home.

Clive and Adam, and the rest of the team, were absolutely fabulous to work with! They helped us through all the ups and downs of buying a house, and now we have a great property! Even when everything was going wrong at one point (not Taylors' fault!), Clive had us in the office within a couple of hours to go through our options and sent us away feeling optimistic. The process was so fantastic, in fact, that my now fiancé felt so happy that he proposed to me about an hour after we picked up the keys from Taylors! So thank you guys!!

[Bradley Stoke Branch] Unprofessional! Last minute change in move-in date and late contract drafting, both only 2 days before the agreed move-in date, even though referencing was cleared at least 3 weeks beforehand.At check-in, they couldn't provide the correct house front door key. Embarrassing! Inventory report was not shared at check-in despite promised to have it sent on check-in day. Only shared when chased.Multiple maintenance issues including Health & Safety issues (which they don't agree), none are fixed after three weeks despite regular chasing. No one in the property management team nor the branch team are proactive to resolve any problem. Not recommended!

Booked to view a property in bradley stoke by someone called Joe. He rang in the morning to confirm, we went for our viewing for no one to turn up for at least 10 - 15 minutes late, then he didn't have the keys and had no idea how to get in and said his phone doesn't work. He then walked off after cancelling our viewing, soon after another couple turned up to view the property and they were there to meet the same agent who they called to come straight back, he came back and give the same excuses to the next coupleCompletely unprofessional and wasted our time, I took time from work to view this property.1 star because I could leave less!!!
