Beware everyone. I had a very disappointing experience with Taylors Dunstable. The entire process has been fraught with issues and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Just to let you know that we are over 2 months through the process and I have not had a single email response from them. 1. **Lack of Communication:** Throughout the process, communication has been extremely poor. My calls and emails are being ignored, and I am having to follow up multiple times to get any response. 2. **Inaccurate Information:** There were multiple instances where the information provided about the sale progress has been incorrect or misleading. Overall, my experience in dealing with Clive/Luke/Matt has been extremely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell property. They need to significantly improve their communication, professionalism, and overall service to meet the basic expectations of their clients. It is all talk and no action unfortunately.

Would give zero if I could. Paid a holding deposit, was due to move in, and I was called the day before to say the landlord “needs the place.” I’d already cancelled my previous tenancy agreement, they set up utilities, I booked movers. Box parked, No alternative offered, no plan, just stress and costs. Unreliable and unprofessional. On top of cancelling the tenancy the day before move-in, they failed to cancel utilities, so I started getting billed for a house I never occupied. I had to involve OVO to cancel the billing.

Don’t bother using them

So we booked the appointment well in advance it was fine then I received three phone calls from three different people then I got told that one of their viewers had gone sick and blah blah blah and I said forget it. Do you know what if you can’t be bothered to communicate properly with each other and phone me over the same things and send me 20 odd emails or thanking me for picking you I can’t be bothered because I can’t guarantee you’re gonna sell my house properly. Don’t bother using them.
