GoogleThey just don’t care. I ask them to contact me once the person who has i stalled the new gas heater in my lounge has finished and left the house but they mever got back to me. So I sent a email to complain and still didn’t get a reply from that. Seems they can’t handle complaints. It’s not on this isn’t. I’m Autistic and got other mental health problems and all this has done is caused me more stress than I can take as I got a lot of other stress in my life which I don’t need. Reslly angry they haven’t said nothing back to me. I really wanted them to ring me up and tell me it’s all finished so I could go back to the house but they didn’t bother to do that. They used to care and be good and ever since I’ve complained which I have the right to complain they have just been ignoring me now. Shame on you. 😡

GoogleThe most unprofessional property agents ever! They are rubbish at pretty much everything they do. No help from them at all and the amount of distress and anxiety they cause is shocking. They don't follow or instruct their landlords on how to maintain septic tanks and they are in breach of the general binding rules set out for proper septic tank care or the safe disposal of septic waste. How they sleep at night is beyond me. I've been served a section 21 twice within 6 months because they are rubbish and have intentionally sabotaged us with a bad reference, so we can't move anyway. What a joke!! They are also professional liars and experts in illegal evictions.

GoogleWhile we were happy with the actual sale of our property the rest of our experience selling with Lane & Browns was entirely negative. We were lied to on multiple occasions which left us feeling increasingly frustrated. We received virtually no communication in the months between accepting our offer and exchanging contracts, this lack of communication and unprofessionalism also extended to other parties within the chain and almost led our chain collapsing at the last minute (and indeed this would have happened if we had waited for Lane & Browns to provide us with the relevant information). Our complaint was not taken seriously & not responded to until we chased it up, at which point we received a letter which dismissed our concerns, dated 8 days previously, reaffirming their poor communication. Would not recommend at all.
