Easily one of the most helpful and professional lettings agents I've dealt with. Everyone who I have been in contact with has been very polite, friendly, and it genuinely feels like they are doing their absolute best for you. I've been very lucky with how quickly and easily it has been to get a property through Lane & Brown's and how accommodating and flexible they have been. Any issues are resolved incredibly quickly, making sure I was happy with the plans as they were going ahead as well as following up to make sure everything was resolved. They have been two steps ahead of everything in terms of coming to rent a property, giving plenty of notice for any changes to any plans. Everything is done to a high standard and done very well so feel incredibly happy and comfortable in my new home with peace of mind.

Couldn't be happier with the support that Leigh has offered. Our house move has been a painful one with other parties dragging their feet but Leigh was extremely proactive in chasing people and doing everything he could to keep things moving. He's been the absolute MVP in this whole process. If you're considering which estate agents to use in the area then it's a no brainer that you should go with these guys, I doubt you'll find better.

I recently rented a property through Lane & Browns. I had been forced to move swiftly out of my previous rental due to it being sold ( landlord had forgotten to tell me)…..so I was very stressed at that time. The service that was provided by all the staff at Lane & Browns was wonderful. Everyone was super helpful, all my questions were answered speedily, nothing was too much trouble, and above all, everyone was professional and empathetic. This company comes highly recommended. Maybe they will help you find the house of your dreams like they did for me 😊

I rented off of lane and browns magnolia house I would have rather of rented a room in a prison coz that is what it is like the neighbours all involved in your life lane and browns don’t care all they do is send emails about noise and the stress they caused both me and my partner is untrue even though she was pregnant at the time. They cared more for the people that had been there longer paying rent than new people Zoe is useless it proves how bad they are as there staff change all the time. Sam is the most arrogant person in there office when u question them about the emails of complaints they have no resolution but say this is standard practice . Not only that they decided after me and my partner had a baby only to evict us when we moved in oven wasn’t working no hot water in taps when the washing machine went we waited weeks to be replaced ripping all our clothes and never reimbursed for them I would not advise anyone to rent from lane and browns they are appalling !! Brilliant experience from Claire and Leigh .They were so professional and very patient. I viewed the property with Claire and the rest was done by Leigh .He helped push my solicitors, estate agents and the sellers. My buyers delayed so much that I thought the sale would fall through. Thanks to Leigh and his excellent persuasion skills ,the sellers waited for everything to go through. The sale of my late uncle's bungalow was dealt by Leigh. We had a professional and outstanding service from Leigh. From the first visit Leigh was open and honest in the assessment of the property and listened to and was empathetic to our specific needs. Leigh negotiated with the buyer regarding various issues and always offered a solution to problems. Leigh was always contactable during the process. Any calls were promptly returned by Leigh (or James; who also gave a excellent service when we called). The process was new to my mother and I and was difficult due to the circumstances but Leigh and James at Lane & Browns made the process a lot easier.

Nothing but good things to say about Lane & Browns. As a first time tenant, they have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. They are always happy to answer any queries, whether over the phone or face to face, and are keen to solve problems quickly. I couldn’t have wished for a more supportive and helpful agent. There were a few problems that occurred during the sale of my house but they were there every time, consulting me and assisting with resolving each issue. They kept me up to date with all that was happening enabling me to remain positive and not loose the house I wanted to buy. As a purchaser I have had to go through various agents to view properties and was shocked how often agents didn’t respond to my emails, calls to book viewings or when they did would send an 18 year old in a shiny suit to point to a kitchen and tell me “that’s the kitchen” thanks for that insight. Lane & Browns responded to my query from overnight before the office even opened and I booked my viewing. From then on they have been responsive, understanding and helpful In trying to drive the sale through despite various bumps in the road. I cannot express how great L & B have been in my recent move. From the beginning of the process they have kept in touch regularly, and when my sale fell through due to buyers buyer pulling out they quickly got the buyers property sold again. So even after hiccups i was able to move into my new property as scheduled. Claire was exceptional in the service she gave and when solicitors went quiet for weeks on end, I could rely on her to keep me up to date on progress. Very, very happy I went with them.
