GoogleI have had a great experience with Brown and Mary Leighton Buzzard. Our mortgage broker Luke is amazing. He is always available when we need him, he gives great advice and we trust thqt he has our best interests at heart. I have also dealt with Matthew, and even tho he couldn't help himself with the query, he was friendly and went above and beyond to listen to my challenges and offered a solution, via someone else in the organisation. People are quick to complain but not to praise, and as someone with over 25 years customer service experience, I understand the value of great service. We have been supported with our mortgage by brown and mary for over 12 years qnd wouldn't go anywhere else.

They were always available for a call or an in person catch up and called back when they said they would and I felt informed and in the loop through the entire process. Nothing ever felt like to much for them.
They chased all parties involved that they were able to which made such a difference to me and our transaction.
I would highly recommend Matt and the branch and we hope to find our next property through them as there were all such a joy to work with.

Before buying I rented through brown and merry and my experience with the letting’s team jade and andrew was always excellent, when I mentioned wanting to buy my first home they referred me over to their sales team I initially spoke over the phone with Lauren was was very helpful in sending me over property’s that would be a good fit, she put me in touch with the mortgage advisor Naeem who gave me financial information that comes with moving and later did my mortgage. Linda was also a huge help with explaining the process that follow’s. Would 100% recommend.
