GoogleWe would like to express our sincere gratitude towards both the NEA Sales and Lettings teams in managing the rental of our property and its subsequent sale. Having gone through a failed sales process the year before with a different estate agent, we decided to rent our property and engaged NEA Lettings to market and manage it for us. Roz and the Lettings team were very enthusiastic and professional, they made us feel at ease even though it was our first-time being landlords (and overseas landlords to further complicate matters). They were superb and managed to find great tenants for us within a couple of days. Given our great experience working with NEA Lettings, we decided to work with Mark and his team at NEA Sales on the eventual sale of our house. Mark is very knowledgeable and gave us great advice in terms of marketing strategy and pricing. The team managed to get dozens of viewings within the first week and multiple offers on the table. Mark is an excellent negotiator and was able to get us a higher price than what we thought was achievable. He was also very proactive and frequently followed-up with the buyer and buyer's solicitors to close the deal as quickly as possible. We are extremely satisfied with the result and would highly recommend NEA!

Gareth kept excellent communication in regard to booking a viewing. I even received a phone call in the morning to confirm the booking. We worked with several other agencies in the area, and NEA is by far the best. GoogleMy experience was absolutely amazing. As soon as I took interest in the property, I had a viewing the following day and desperately wanted it (even thought there were other estate agents viewing at the same time) but they made it happen for me...and within 2weeks at most , I had the signed tenency agreement in my hands! The service was professional but friendly, efficient but not pushy, and they have answered all my follow up queries the same day I've asked them! I literally couldn't be happier with the service....and I've got to give a big shout out to Gareth especially as he was amazing!! 👌 Thank you NEA xxx

GoogleAfter having a bad experience with another Estate agent in the area, it was refreshing to have found a company on recommendation from a friend, who communicate well and keep you up to date with each step of the sale and purchase. I would highly recommend Nicholas to friends and family. Emma was very knowledgable about the properties we viewed with her and anything she didn’t know, she got back to us as promised.
