Gareth and Mark at NEA have been fantastic throughout the process of helping me sell my late mum's retirement flat. The process is never easy or without stress, but they did everything they could to minimise that for me and make it run smoothly. Recently secured a decent rental property in Reading with NEA estate agent, Isabelle, mediating the letting process. From booking viewings to preparing to move in as a tenant, this has all been completed in less than a week with zero hassle and stress. Isabelle was super friendly, approachable, and had no issues providing extra information about the popularity of the property, available parking space, and features etc. Any major property concerns I had were easily addressed along with proof, helping me make an early decision on the place and I'm glad I did. NEA lettings was very extensive in showing off the entirety of the property, virtual and in person viewings were visually accurate with nothing hidden from sight. Putting forward an offer was also made very simple and efficient, and I strongly recommend working with NEA lettings agents if you have the option to.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from NEA from the point that I first contacted them to discuss the sale of my flat in Emmer Green, all the way through to exchange and completion. Mark and the team proactively kept me updated on progress with marketing and throughout the sale. The offered honest advice regarding the pricing of the property and also helped to guide me through a simultaneous lease extension. Nicholas managed the letting of my flat in RG4 for over five years, and all of Sara's letting staff team were professional and efficient. As a non-resident landlord it was important to me to have a team I could trust to completely manage my property, and Nicholas managed everything in a very hassle-free manner. Unprofessional & unethical practice at this agency. Kept more than 1 active buyers on a property past the issuing of the memorandum of sale. I made an offer on a property in the reading area via Mr Gareth Walsh. I was informed verbally & in writing that my offer was accepted by the seller. This offer was the accepted with a signed memorandum of sale by Mr Mark Peto. My Solicitors were instructed. I have received further emails asking if my solicitor is conducting the needed. I made clearly; I was not here to waste anyone’s time & my offer was made on this basis. Suddenly I get a call 8 days later. That a ‘previous buyer’ has now come back on the scene & now completing on the property the next day. I received a call from Mr Peto basically swiping his hands of any fault from his side. When I questioned why you have miss lead me & no informed me of another active buyer; he was unable to answer. No apology or even an explanation on this matter. Avoid this agent. I will be going further to complain about this conduct of this business to the property ombudsman.
