From Jasmine who showed my house and took me around others and was always like sunshine, and Ebba and Jess and the team in the five ways office who were always positive and lovely and very helpful, to Garry who kept me calm and so well informed about was was happening the chain! Moved in and had a few snags on the electrics not working. Nothing has been done since February.Not even had a working over for the last 6 weeks.Cigarette butts found in dishwasher after an apparent professional clean which I'm yet to see the invoices for.Not one call has been made to update me, no letter, nothing.Very poor attitude once you've moved in from a tenants point. I have kids, I'm a single dad and these monsters left us without the ability to cool for 6 weeks. They didn't care.If you want dirty cupboards, disgusting dishwashers and zero service and the them to try and up the rent every year as standard (say no to that and they go away) then Cubit and West are your people.Landlords avoid them. Disgusting service, dirty properties and stealing your deposit is standard.

Steve at the Horley branch welcomed me and proceeded to ask many questions as to what type of property i am searching for, my wants , my needs ,likes and dislikes in order to establish availability of suitable properties. With a selection made and viewing times agreed there was no fuss at all. I would add the level of communication around the viewings both prior and post was excellent and my feeling so far is the branch is managed in a very professional manner.

Recently purchased my new build home from Cubitt & West. Nish was dealing with my case and she was extremely helpful and responsive. I had constant issues with my solicitors and it got to a point where Nish was providing me information that my solicitors should have. She practically did their job for them over the course of 2 months. I would strongly recommend Nish if you are purchasing through Cubitt & West.
