Sales progression

Following on from a very fast sales agreement on our property, which we’ve already reviewed, we moved onto the contract stage. Even though our buyer’s mortgage has already been agreed in principle, the final agreement proved very difficult to secure, mostly due to really tricky market conditions. The whole process took longer than we had hoped, but Julie Bramble, our designated sales progressor, did an absolutely top job on keeping the whole process moving and on smoothing out the inevitable wrinkles. To be honest, this sale could quite easily have fallen through without Julie’s input. We’ve completed today and we couldn’t be happier with the service received from C&W.

Cubitt and west have been great. When I needed valuations for my divorce process they were always happy and willing to provide these. I decided to go with them for the sale as they were so helpful and have not been disappointed. The team are very professional yet friendly and always responsive to any queries. They have done all my viewings and I am using their conveyancing service which is so easy to use with an online portal that couldn't be more user friendly.
