Do not use Redhill branch

Poor communication from the letting manager and staff at the Redhill branch, before, during and definitely after tenancy. Manager makes appointments then doesn't show up. Very poor problem solving during tenancy, then when it's time for check out after termination of contract will find any reason to charge you £200. It's been said before in a few reviews. Blatantly accused me of losing keys to property then when challenged several times, they found them in their office exactly where I said they were dropped off and now just as others have said they'll find another issue with the property to the value of £200. Please for your own good do not use this branch in Redhill.

Renting out a flat

We used Cubitt & West to rent out our flat in Littlehampton, can honestly say we've had absolutely no issues with the whole process moving ahead very quickly, from finding a tenant to getting the tenancy agreement set up, it's been an incredibly smooth process. The majority of the correspondence and information was passed through Marcus Farrow who was able to answer all and any queries and we are very grateful for his quick replies to emails and how stress free the whole process was

I had my house on the market for 12 weeks with another agent but did not sell, but I did have an offer and then they pulled out. The team Ben, Alessandra and Lucy are very professional, friendly, always happy and willing to provide information, answer queries, return my call swiftly. I decided to go with them and they did not disappoint. I used their conveyancing service with an online portal. My solicitor was also very helpful and understanding, especially when waiting patiently for the exchange and completion (very stressful!). I would highly recommend them.

Despite a very convincing hard sale, with promise of above market service, it was all very mediocre. There was poor copper action with our requests in the marketing material. The open day was managed by very junior, inexperienced staff. A worse if all the verbally agreed price with the branch manager was not the final demand. The advert 'no added extras' was not applied as they added a marketing charge to the agreed price. This company is not worth the extra cost. Mediocre at best. Avoid .
