I have recently moved into a rental property with hunters castleford and the team have being amazing through the whole process , coming from a previous rental company that did not look after us or the property we were a little bit apprehensive about who we chose for our next home however i am so so glad we chose to go with hunters , the communication is spot on and we have always being greeted warmly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend them !

Sally had originally come round to our house and gave us a valuation we were happy with so we decided to go with Hunters Castelford for our house sale. We had some ups and downs with people offering and pulling out but we got there eventually with a successful sale due to hunters determination and hard work. Special thanks to mehak for doing so many viewings on our property and dealing with so much for us and then Lisa for giving us weekly updates on our sale once we had our buyer. Definitely recommend these guys!

didn't like me because I was on benefits they didn't like me because the landlord didn't want to take someone on benefits so I made a decision to walk away and go to another agency who could help me and who could work with me and help me find a house they do discriminate people that are on benefits and they make excuses not to take people on benefits the person who was the end of you and it was rude stuck up and didn't like me because I was on benefits and saying that people are only 60 to 70,000 a year with rather take people on that are workinghe basically said that no one's gonna take you on you're gonna struggle to find a house because you're on benefits they only like people working and that's what he said to me and I think it's disgusting how the agency hasn't done nothing about itanal considering criminal charges against his agency and I'm also considering now taken on to court for the way they have treated me and push my patience that someone that is autistic and has behaviour problems and I think this is disgusting the way they have treated menever wanted to help me all because I'm autisticthere's a civil claim now go through the courts and they're going to pay for what they did to me and I'm going to make sure that I'm going to fight all the way to the end to make them realise what they've done is one of the biggest mistakes They're gonna make

We’ve recently just sold our house through Hunters and I would highly recommend. We tried to sell our house last year and unfortunately towards the end of the process, it all fell through. The care and compassion from the members of staff was incredible and something I’ll always be thankful for. We then decided to sell our property again this year and within 2 days of letting them know we wanted to sell again, the photographer was round and our house was on their website and Rightmove. Our house was sold within 6 days and that’s down to Hunters and their advertisement and willingness to find us a buyer. The whole process is made to feel at ease as each member of staff truly cares about what you’re going through and understands the stress of it all. We managed to get the house was wanted so desperately thanks to a quick sale on my house (I got full asking price too!!). Hunters recommended a solicitor to us, who again was amazing and always replied to emails unlike other solicitors. When waiting for the solicitor process, Hunters were always keeping me updated, chasing my solicitors, my buyers solicitors and always checking in. Particular mention to Sally who originally did our house valuation, Mehak who always phoned me when we had a viewing request/booked, Lisa who would always check in and chase everything for me, and finally Keira who made the whole process feel at ease. I honestly and truly would recommend Hunters as they’re real people with a genuine passion to get you in your dream home. Thank you so much, Lucy, Chris & Theo x

Hunters have recently taken over the lettings management of my property in Castleford following the end of a long-term tenancy. Led by James Czibor, the property was let, and the tenants moved-in, within two weeks. During that period, James has organised an entire redecoration of the four-bed house, some general maintenance plus a deep clean. This is a fantastic service that far exceeds my experience with the previous agent. Throughout, the entire Hunters team provided an efficient and professional service, whilst being friendly and proactive. I highly recommend Hunters to all landlords.

Spoke to three agents to gauge pricing and how we felt they could assist us sell our house including Keira. No contest when we discussed who was the ‘best fit’. Keira was personable and just was right. Friendly and had same beliefs we wanted. She said if she wasn’t happy with something, then why would we as the people who were paying her. We met Holly to hand over keys and make sure selling literature was right. Key person for us was Lisa. When there was an update, she told us, when we had a question, she answered it. Would we recommend, absolutely, no questions. Met Keira, gave instructions, met Holly, updated by Lisa, house stc after first viewings. Thank you so much. Completed sale from first viewings to ‘house not ours’ in exactly 8 weeks.

I have dealt with Hunters Castleford for around 17 months now and from start to finish they have given nothing but first class service. They did an amazing job of selling my house & I couldn’t of asked for more. Each individual person who helped with my house put so much time an effort into finding a buyer for me. Despite having a few knock backs along the way, they always quickly got people in to view my property, sharing it along social media to get as much interest as possible. I want to particularly thank Lisa Horsey for absolutely going above and beyond. She is one in a million and has absolutely gone to the ends of the earth to make me happy & get the job done. She is an absolute credit to Hunters Castleford. Each one of the girls at Hunters have all played a part & got me the sale, so thank you all dearly. i would 1000% use hunters again, can’t recommend enough!

Having not sold a property for many years, we were unsure which local estate agent to use. In the end, we had 3 different valuations done & to be fair, they all came in at pretty much the same suggested asking price range, but the difference that made us choose Hunters, was Keira. The saying ‘people buy from people’ was certainly true in our case. Right from meeting her, she gained our trust with her professional, personable, yet down to earth approach. She gave us sound advice on what & what not to do before marketing our property. We just felt confident in her local property knowledge & that what she said would happen, really would. We were not disappointed. Hollie was very quick to market our property & update us on the viewings booked. We had a buyer on Day 1 of viewings & then we were placed in the hands of Lisa. She is amazing. We got frequent updates, weekly as a minimum right through to completion. From first viewing to completion took exactly 8 weeks. We have been highly delighted with the service & would not hesitate to use them in future should the need arise. Would highly recommend using Hunters Castleford to anyone, they are very worthy of a 5 star rating.
