GoogleHaving recently completed the purchase of a house marketed by Hunters I can confirm they have been incredibly helpful from start to finish. Regular updates were provided and I didn’t have to chase for them. Would recommend! Lisa, my sales progressor was on it throughout. Thanks to all the team!

S. YORKS. If I could give a negative score, I would. What an absolute bunch of useless w-----s. As a tenant we, get 6 monthly inspections, not a problem at all. The problem is, they hardly ever do the work needed & when they do, they employ the most r------d & incompetent person possible & the quality of the work is ALWAYS s--t. When you complain, they do nothing about it. For people using them as an agent: they are letting your properties deteriorate while charging you the earth.

GoogleHunter's estate agents where recommended to me by someone that's delt with them many time's and had nothing but positive things to say. Thankfully I'm happy to report I too have had the same experience, I delt mainly with Sally and Danielle and they were friendly, informative, fast to respond and I sold my house in days.

This is one of the worst company ever. My deposit is stuck with them for more than 4 months now. mary.mcgarry is the worst representative to work with. they never respond. we have been following for 3 months over call and emails but they pick up call and then keep saying we will get back to you. Never wok with Hunter.

Estate agent was the rudest I've ever seen. Property was rented and we were not told before making a 1 hour trip. Arrived 4 mins past agreed time and we were insulted beyiond measure. I wish I could take legal action against them.

I needed to sell a flat & came out of M & S & saw Hunters I went in & was greeted warmly by Bo TsangThe way Hunters photographed the flat was lovely &the video of the property made people feel they wereinside the flat. Anytime I contacted Bo Tsang or Steph-Pert-Thomas I got good service & any concerns were addressed quickly. Way Above Average help, lovely people who do their very best fora customer. I used the Percy St Branch in NewcastleIf you need to buy or sell go to HUNTERS

GoogleWe have been really pleased with the way that Hunters marketed our house. They were extremely professional, but also friendly in all aspects of the selling process from the first time they came to value our house until it was sold. A special mention for Kiera, who came out to value our property, Hollie who dealt with the advert and arranged the viewings ( she worked her socks off to make sure that everything was just right with the advert) and last but not least Sally, who conducted the viewings. The photographs taken of our property were of an excellent quality and we were consulted as to which ones we wanted to use or not to use in the advert. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Warm and professional customer service, I trusted the team at Hunters with everything and they did a fantastic job. We bought our house through Hunters. Would wait days for responses to emails, take multiple attempts to get them to pick up the phone and when we did get our new home we found that it was full of an absolute mountain of crap. So much for any due diligence before selling the house? Do they not check that the previous owners leave it in an acceptable state before handing it over?
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
