GoogleRichard and Tim have both been professional and knowledgeable throughout the purchase of our property. Kept in touch throughout and very responsive to both email and telephone. Made me aware when one of them were on leave and often appeared to be working late into the evening! Would recommend.

GoogleWe asked Tim to value our property with a view to putting it up for sale, this was in October 23 and the market was a little strange so we weren’t expecting much. However he came out straight away and Richard took some beautiful photos and within 48 hours of it going on Rightmove we had sold! Tim has vast knowledge of the local area and seems to know everyone, his connections really made a difference in this turbulent market. Would thoroughly recommend using this friendly efficient agent for what is a pretty stressful time!

GoogleFound our experience to be almost flawless, Gemma, who delt with us, was patient and is very good at her job, she was on the ball with questions and knew the answers, the viewing was a great experience giving us time to look through the rooms, only down side was the referencing…took about 2 hours to complete and was a bit of trouble other than that all good

GoogleThis is the second occasion i have used David Burr Estate Agents in Castle Hedingham over the last 25 years and this is my assessment: Dilligent, efficient and dedicated staff who pride themselves on a personal service; they always answer calls quickly and always return calls as soon as practicable; They have incredible knowledge and experience of properties of all types in the surrounding area and they take ownership of a sale from start to finish and will readily offer solutions to problems - you need to look no further. The staff of three, Tim, Oliver Leah and Sophie excell at all the above and I witnessed their calm heads during stressful moments!! For me personally, they were absolutely brilliant at getting the sale of my property home after many hiccups and hurdles. I doubt this agent will be very hard to match and as such, I strongly recommend them.
