From the very beginning, the process was swift and thorough and their correspondence easy to navigate. Tim wasted no time in getting my family home on the market, and even in difficult times, I had an offer and accepted in under 6 months. GoogleA very professional and efficient company. We dealt with Tim Rutter, who'd sold us the house originally. We chose to go with them again because the service was so good previously. The consultation before producing the brochure was thorough and the end result looked brilliant. We were kept informed all through the process and Tim and the rest of the team at the Castle Headingham office were brilliant throughout.

Ours was a complicated sale, however, throughout Richard and Tim have been on case, very informative, keeping us aware of the process, always professional and freindly. We cannot thank these pepole enough, they are always prepared to go ' the extra mile'. Their assistance has made the whole process much less stressful.

GoogleDavid Burr were not actually the agent for the sale of my property but I wish they were! My dealings with them were all related to the purchase however, I wish they had been responsible for both. Without Richard, Tim & Gemma supporting me with the sales progression and negotiation, I do not believe things would have happened both as quickly and as smoothly as they did. My agents never called to follow up, but the team at DB were providing me weekly updates (sometimes twice weekly/daily) on what was happening with the whole chain, it was an amazing service that I was extremely grateful for considering they were making no financial gain from me. We managed to go from agreed sale to completion in 9 weeks which is unheard of these days and it's all thanks to them. If I ever sold again, there would be only one agent I would use, no question, and that's Richard & Tim at David Burr Castle Hedingham. This review is kind of my way of saying thank you for making this extremely stressful experience all the better. If you read this, don't go anywhere else. Rob R.

GoogleA fantastic service was provided from start to finish by Tim and the team at the Castle Hedingham office. Moving house is always very stressful but Tim was always there to calm the situation and sort the various queries and problems which arise right up until exchange and completion. Nothing was ever too much trouble and phone calls were ALWAYS returned if they were unavailable at the time of your call, a rarity nowadays. Admittedly their rates are a little higher than some of the other local agents but ‘you only get what you pay for’ ! Thanks Tim. 👍🏻

GoogleWe contacted David Burr when we fell in love with a property we see online. They got us in for a viewing as quickly as possible. They were extremely helpful and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process and were quick to answer any queries we had. We will now be moving into our new house within the next 2 weeks. He kept us up to date (sometimes even before our solicitor) on what was going on and was constantly going above and beyond for us.
