GoogleWithout doubt the worst property rental company I have ever come across. Far too many lies, let downs, postponements, inspections, building maintenance problems, bad communications, the list goes on. more hassle than they are worth, bad management, expensive, and I really can't bring to words how much these people have wasted my time when I've received such good comments from other agencies. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned

FacebookCouldn't recommend Robin and Simon enough. Had our house sold within the first month and their communication and support throughout has been top notch. Their valuation was spot on and I would always look to experts in the area with a more personal touch such as Marble.

FacebookVery good service , fantastic photos for the house brochure. You realise how good Simon and Robin are when you have to deal with other peopleβs agent. The guys helped us through a very difficult purchasing process and held their nerve and reassured us. Can not recommend highly enough would not consider using somebody else.

As a client they made me feel valued and were always available for any questions I may have had. Sometimes even outside of office hours. Letting a property with Marble couldn't have been any easier among the stress of moving home.

FacebookIn recent years, I have used Marble Property Services on several occasions resulting in successful transactions. In my experience there are very few, possibly no property agents who measure up to the diligence, knowledge, insight and commitment shown at all times by Simon and Robin.

GoogleWe placed our property on the market with this company and they suggested a price which we thought was far too high but we took their advise that it would be on the top of the price bracket on Zoopla and Rightmove and our property would be one of the first to be seen.With hardly any viewings,in three months, we changed to another Estate agent who listened to our feelings on price and within a few days we had a sale 25,000 pounds below the original asking price ! Does this estate agent know the impact of overpricing' their ' properties, it's the first two weeks of advertising that is paramount. I now look at the properties for sale and know why they are not selling and have become very dubious to deal with this company

Really quick responses to our queries and he even let us know that our offer on our house had been accepted on Easter Sunday!! We completed yesterday, and the whole process was really smooth and stress free with thanks to Marble. They also recommend a really good solicitor which we are so grateful for!
