Marble Property Services Castle Donington reviews

Thank you Adele. We're pleased to have served you well

Hello Michelle. We take all reviews, but obviously any negative ones, very seriously. Unfortunately there are limits to how much we can engage in discussions with yourself, as your daughter is the actual tenant in this property. However it is important to state that we don't actually manage this property, or tenancy. We were merely instructed by the landlord to find a tenant. We have however spoken to your daughter and outlined how far our responsibilities extend in this regard and where she can find further help should she need it, if she continues to have issues with her current landlord. We hope this helps.
