GoogleRobyn was amazing she was always there to answer questions we had was very helpful and was really good at what she does I couldn’t recommend her high enough if you need a mortgage adviser who knows their stuff she is the person for you we had a previous advisor Darren who didn’t seem to know what to do and didn’t take into account certain things Robyn comes along and saves the day she’s absolutely amazing Shipways staff are friendly and go above and beyond for you to get what you want for your first home

GoogleWe went on the market with another agent in June 2019. We sold (After 6 weeks) but we were messed around by our buyer resulting in the sale falling through. The estate agent we were on the market with were full of false promises so I gave Shipways a call, who were very very helpful. I spoke with Leanne at 11am that day; by 1pm she was at our house getting details from us and we were “live” straight away. Nicky was amazing and got in 3 viewings that same day. All 3 viewers made offers and we accepted an offer the next morning. Not even 24 hours since our previous buyer pulled out, we were sold. We had regular updates from Nicky, Leanne and Dean. Buying and selling a house is very stressful but they really helped put our minds at ease. Thank you for everything!

GoogleAs first time buyers, myself and my partner done our own due diligence, went to mortgage advisors etc and to be honest was overwhelmed and felt like they didn’t really help us or give us the information we needed to hear. Luckily the house we are purchasing, shipways are selling and came to our rescue. The communication, welcome you get and service they provide is excellent. Would 100% recommend, everyone there is great and happy to help! Especially would like to recommend Darren, who has made our first home buying process so smooth and stress free.

GoogleWhere to start from... this was the first time for me buying a property and I was scared. I googled brokers and came across these guys. But due to the price I pushed back. After looking around my heart kept telling me to contact shipways, which was the best decision ever thanks to the previous reviews I read. My house buying wasn’t straight forward and Darren Tuft has been amazing, he’s gone above and beyond to get what was best for me, also giving me the best financial advice. He looked out for my needs and not his financial gain. I’m right at the end of my mission and thanks to Darren he’s made it less stressful, that extra £150-£200 extra I paid compared to other brokers was definitely worth it. Although I didn’t deal with the others at the office they always greeted with a smile and made me feel comfortable. Hopefully Darren will still be at shipways when I re-mortgage, if not I will hunt him Down.

He was extremely friendly and really took the time to care about what we wanted and required. Definitely one of the best agents we’ve ever come across - and deserves a promotion! Scott really shows the right behaviours that every agent should have, and showed he really cared about his clients. This score is for Scott!

GoogleWhat can I say other than thank you. The whole team have been fantastic in how they've looked after me. I'm a first time buyer. And I've asked so many questions and visited them so many times. You would think they'd have enough of me. Yet in all that time, I have never been made to feel unwelcome. They have helped and supported me every step of the way. Would I recommend them? Without a doubt the answer would always be yes. Darren, Nicky and team you're the best.

The whole team have been fantastic in how they've looked after us, especially being first time buyers. During the whole process of buying the property, I have always asked so many questions and visited the team at the Castle Bromwich branch for so many times, gosh. At all times, I have always felt really welcome there. Darren helped me with all the paperwork and he managed to find the best mortgage at a very low interest and Nicky supported me since I have seen the property for the first time till the day I got the keys (she was so friendly and so kind to me, wow)! The team have helped and supported me every step of the way. Would I recommend them for being so amazing ? YES, I highly recommend them, because they are the BEST!!! GoogleWe have sold a few properties and this has been the best service we have ever experienced from an Estate agent. All of the Ladies in the office worked really hard but Nicky was outstanding she went that extra mile. We was constantly kept informed she would chase up feed back from viewings and made it a very easy experience. We had no hassle whatsoever They might not be the cheapest but well worth the extra fee and for peace of mind. I've used cheaper Estate agents and you get what you pay for. So we highly recommend everyone to use this Branch.

GoogleGetting accepted for a mortgage has been quite troublesome and problematic but Darren and his team at at Sequence Mortgage advisors in Shipways have jumped through hoops to help me succeed. He made endless phone calls and did so much additional work on my behalf to push things through as swiftly as possible and always kept me informed through the process. I am very grateful to him and his team for all of their hard work. Would happily recommend Sequence at Shipways.

She kept me in constant contact how the sale was proceeding. Fran also helped greatly with my purchase. She liased with the agent I was buying through. And helped secure a deal. GoogleThe office staff, Darren, Leanne (amazing) and Nicky, are all staff who Shipways should be very proud off, nothing too much trouble, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, its a real pity that the same cannot be said of the Manager, Dean, and his line Manager Ian, both of whom we have contacted by email, and both chose to ignore emails, no help whatsoever, maybe Shipways should rethink their management structure?. Three stars are for the three staff Darren, Leanne and Nicky.

GoogleWe tried many different morgage advisors but Robyn at shipways has been amazing and has really helped us with the process of obtaining our morgage. Nothing has seemed to much, she is always on the other end of the phone ready to help. Getting a morgage can seem stressful but she has made it easy and is keeping us informed every step if the way. We was showed around properties by scott and he was really informative and helpful. Everyone has been amazing and we are so excited to move into our new family home.
