Recently went on a journey to look at some new homes in the area we currently live. Darren Tuft has been our mortgage advisor throughout our move process. Before we choose Darren for our advisor, we spoke with a few other advisors from other suppliers. We found no-one compared to Darren in terms of genuine interest and advice for our particular situation. Not only did he help us with the mortgage, but also necessary insurances and connecting us to amazing solicitors. Darren also help us with placing offers on the houses as well and working for the best interest of us rather than the seller. When our first house chain fell through he didn't hesitate to get us sorted quickly we a second time. Darren always ensured things were processed quickly to ensure that we did not miss out. I would recommend Darren to anyone.

We’d like to mention what a great service Shipways Mortgage advisor Darren has given us. We’re first time buyers and due to a few issues with our employment contracts we realised securing a mortgage offer wasn’t going to be as easy as we’d hoped. I asked Shipways to value my property several months ago and ultimately decided not to proceed with them as I felt they had overvalued the property (a common tactic to secure business before reducing the price). I was also unhappy that they took the opportunity to try and convince me to use their own mortgage services, as well as advertise me other properties they had for sale, things I hadn't asked for. Since deciding not to go with Shipways, they have proceeded to use my contact details for unrelated purposes, making unsolicited calls to me on several occasions to see if I wanted to switch my property to be marketed by them, or if I found a house yet and could they sell me one. I would recommend to avoid Shipways as I found their sales tactics overly-pushy and unpleasant.

If you want bought 22 Betley Grove for 190.00. you must be ready rebuilding this house. It is not suitable for living straight away now. Every where is mould, at the moment it is washed out, but not for long time. Need defenetly central heater. If you want smart meter for cheeper electrisity, you again is problem need change cables.
