From the 1st contact late one evening Steve was brilliant took the time to take details of the my property for sale when really I'm sure he wanted to go home. I then dealt with Ben who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He assured me that we would sell quickly and get lots of footfall and he was not wrong. Super communication and very professional. Ben took the time to listen to my wife and I and get a real understanding of what we were looking for on our forward purchase. I cant recommended Connells of Carterton highly enough. I visited Connells in Carterton as I was looking to get some advice in regards to buying my first house. I’ll be honest, I didn’t have a clue about mortgages and it all seemed a bit daunting. I cannot recommend Connells Carterton enough! Ben was absolutely amazing and I can’t thank him enough. He was able to talk me through everything and made it so simple for me. I also sat with Richard who was again, so helpful. They offered outstanding customer service and I felt like I was in safe hands! I will definitely be using Connells Carterton in the near future for all of my mortgage and house pursuits.

We approached Connells just a few weeks ago and quickly had a visit from Ben. He has been very professional and walked us through the whole process so far, so we have always felt like we know exactly what is going on. All of the costs have been clear right from the start, so no nasty surprises! He arranged viewings really quickly and managed to pair us with potential buyers who match perfectly with the property and due to all this everything is moving along very smoothly (and quickly). So far I can say we have absolutely no regrets trusting Connells (and, specifically, Ben) with the sale of our home.

If you are looking to purchase your first property, you are in safe hands with the sales team here. Although I didn't end up purchasing through Connells, I am thankful Alicia was able to do my mortgage for me. She's incredibly knowledgeable with explaining each process of buying a house and all the different products that were available. Alicia is very honest and made sure we didn't pay over the odds for things- even negotiating our offers on our behalf. She's quick and nothing has been too much trouble- this has included searching through credit reports to make sure are mortgage was approved. I could not be more thankful for making this stressful time a hell of a lot easier as from working in the industry, many others wouldn't go to the lengths Alicia has. Thank you!

I am a first time buyer and I went to Connells to help me find my perfect home not knowing alot about buying and Mortgages. Alicia was so helpful in giving me all the information I needed and making it easy to understand my options for Mortgages. So I would firstly like to thank her for being so helpful and informative. Ben is the agent that I have had most of my contact with and I couldn't of asked for a better person to help me with my first time buy. He is polite, friendly and not your typical salesman, he is honest and has helped me understand the buying process and helped in finding my perfect home. He hasn't tried selling me the first property I see and get the quick sale, he has let me take my time and not keep chasing me up and rushing my decision. So thank you Ben for showing that not all salesman are bad and the're good ones out there. Although I haven't found my perfect property as of yet I will be using Connells to help me with my first buy as they have been so welcoming and gone above and beyond to help me. Sent several emails to terminate the sales contract. Even sent the same email to 3 of the staff in the same office. No response. Childish, ignorant and unprofessional behaviour. Had to correct one of them during a viewing, as when asked what energy utilities were connected, they said oil! Had to intervene and say no we don't use oil, we are all electric. They were giving details from a previous property. The so called professional photographer they use was awful, didn't want to speak or engage in conversation, was clumsy, moved furniture without permission, and didn't put it back. I moved various garden items into one area, so we could have nice photos of the garden, so what did she do, just took a photo of all the garden stuff, bins etc, unbelievable. The photos I had taken myself were much better Not what you expect, when your paying them several thousand pounds!!! Estate Agents have long had a bad reputation for their business practices, and this is a classic example of why.
