We have just brought our first home using Connells in Carterton and it has been an effortless task with them. Specifically we would like to thank Alice Lydiat! She took over our case towards the end of the sale and she has been amazing! When it looked like our sale was going to fall through she was always on the phone chasing up documents, calling external agencies and we couldn’t fault her work! Our very first property was shared ownership nearly 18yrs ago, so we were a little clueless about purchasing a 'whole house'. We had a very positive experience using Connells, mainly due to Alice our agent, who was absolutely amazing. Alice was always there, fighting to get things done and kept us updated with progress and any new information. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Wouldnt hesitate to have her as our estate agent again. Connells are very lucky to have you. Connells also arranged our mortgage and Jack our advisor was excellent in arranging what we required and explaining everything thoroughly. Thankyou again 👏

I have been dealing with Connells for the sale and purchase of my properties - Ben Perrott has been overseeing the whole process and has been exceptional. Selling/buying is never easy but Ben has provided reassurance and updates throughout the entire process and has been very hands on and happy to answer the million and one questions which I threw his way. The whole team at Connell's have been wonderful and helpful but Ben certainly deserves recognition for his hard work!

As a first time buyer, there were many steps I required assistance with throughout the buying process. From initial enquiry through to completion, Alice, the Sales Negotiator, was available at any given moment. Any query I had, she was prompt to reply and kept me informed at every step. She was tenacious at chasing delays caused by the solicitors and helped move the purchase forward constantly. It has been a pleasure to have Alice dealing with my case. She was extremely proactive, personable and I felt as though there was a genuine care for myself, the client. There was never a hesitation to pick up the phone or send an email to discuss even the smallest of details, and to ensure I was kept informed throughout. I couldn't recommend Alice highly enough for her effort and determination to make the process of buying a property as smooth as possible.

I have been into the Carterton Connells branch to register my details as I am looking to buy a property for the first time with little knowledge on how much I can afford. I sat with Ben who was just so helpful. He suggested speak with his mortgage advisor who would run through my situation and would provide me with an exact figure of wha it would cost me monthly. Ben was so helpful and has a great knowledge of the area. I had a bad experience with Connells in the past, but I decided to give them another chance after talking to Ben from the Carterton branch. He was very friendly, professional, and confident, and he convinced me that he could sell my house quickly and for a good price. He did exactly that, and I was very impressed with his service. I sold a one bedroom semi house in Carterton, which was in a quiet cul-de-sac and had a large garden. The market was quite competitive, but Ben managed to attract a lot of interest from buyers and arranged several viewings.
