Having met Ben, and then Gracie not long afterwards, it was quite obvious we had chosen wisely. From the off Ben was really friendly, informative and gave us both a feeling of confidence whilst Gracie often phoned to touch base and to ensure we were happy with the way everything was going. From the very first phone call, my experience with Connells in Carterton has been exceptional. They were extremely efficient throughout the entire process, every time I phoned, someone was always available to speak with me, appointments were booked with zero hassle, and they were consistently prompt (often early) for every viewing and meeting. What truly sets them apart, though, is the customer experience. The team were incredibly personable, always eager to help, and they consistently followed through on everything they said they would do. They were polite, professional, and made me feel like more than just another customer; it genuinely felt like they were invested in making sure I found the right home. A special mention has to go to Gracie Jackman, who I dealt with from my very first viewing. She was courteous, helpful, and highly efficient, but more than that, she was warm and personable, and it always felt like she genuinely cared about the outcome for me. Connells also worked brilliantly with the vendor, who was going through probate. They managed the process across both sides and supported a six-month wait while funds were released, all while keeping communication clear, timely, and reassuring. I’m equally grateful to Ben and Stephen, who were always pleasant, helpful, and ready to assist whenever I called or dropped into the office. Overall, I’m so pleased to have had this experience with Connells Carterton. They made the process not only easy, but genuinely enjoyable, turning what can often be a stressful journey into a positive one. I can’t recommend the team highly enough.

We didn't have an easy time finding an onwards property with one falling through at exchange (with another agent). Connells were really understanding and made an effort to suggest some alternative properties and arranged visits for us. From the start and still ongoing , Connell and their staff especially Ben and Alicia been absolutely amazing, we decided to sell our house quite urgently after finding the next house, and from the first day Ben been amazing getting everything ready for us, our house was marketed and sold all in 9 days.
