Scott did a grand job getting the property sold in just two days and then Hayley went above and beyond with the sales progression and making sure everyone was chased. GoogleBlatant disregard for peoples wishes not wanting flyers through the door. The sign on my door couldn't be any clearer but your door to door leaflet dropper doesn't care. Covid is still a real thing and minimising unwanted contact should be a priority for any businesses using hired door to door staff. Not everyone that wants to be vaccinated has been in a fortunate position to get it as soon as possible due to various reasons. Amanda, you may want to have a word with the people you hire before asking them to carry out tasks on your behalf.
IF THIIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW, PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH YOUR ADDRESS. I have liaised with our leaflet dropper and they need to know where you live in order that you do not receive further leaflets. If not I would be grateful if you could remove your review. Thank you. Amanda With respect, if you are complaining about the Post Office or Leaflet company that has been contracted to carry out the delivery, surely you would be better off redirecting your one star review to the company that has actually committed the offence. I thank you for bringing this to my attention as these contractors are very expensive and we certainly do not want to upset anyone. I know many estate agents use the the same leaflet dropping company and the post office to deliver their leaflets. It is therefore a great shame that you choose to penalise an independent business trying to make its way in the world, and where reviews are very important, rather than simply giving us your address so we can pass this on to our chosen contractor. I would kindly ask you to contact me with your address and I will make sure this is always passed on so you should not receive a leaflet again. I would also kindly ask that you remove this review as we will resolve the problem. Hopefully this will show you that we do actually care and we try very hard. GoogleHayley is nothing short of incredible. I happen to do the same role as her at another estate agents and WOW I am blown away with her service she has given to myself and my partner. She has been a ROCK throughout our transaction, always calm, pragmatic and most importantly reliable throughout the whole process. Our solicitor did an incredible job, however Hayley held this sale together and she has been our shining light at the end of what felt like a very dark tunnel at points. A lovely and informative online sale pack put together, an 'open house' promptly arranged and managed resulting in an offer being accepted, and very good communication with regular updates throughout. We are local to Carshalton and Wallington, as are our families, so between us we have used a number of different local estate agents over the decades. We bought a house in 2025 that was listed with the Carshalton Beeches branch. Whilst dealing with the agents throughout the majority of the buying process was broadly fine, we were left disappointed having been misled by the agents on multiple occasions regarding an agreement to remove an area of rubbish at the property. The agents consulted with us twice pre completion to ask us whether we wanted it removed, and once we moved in we saw that instead the area was still there and being treated as a makeshift skip. It transpired that this message wasn’t conveyed to the vendor by the agent (who raised the query with us initially) on either occasion. We did get in touch once we had moved in but were offered no resolutions or support by the branch, despite the clear miscommunication from the agents, with both buyer and vendor being told conflicting information. Unfortunately the agents denied being involved in the conversations with us on the topic, despite us seeing an email from the vendor that claimed the agents told the vendor that we had said we wanted the area left as is (as opposed to removed). The lack of aftercare and support, in terms of the lack of a proposed resolution, regarding the issue that was specifically agreed between us and the agents has led us to leave a less positive review than we would have preferred to.
