Great service from Watson Homes Carshalton. Alison was great from the very start, very approachable and gave fair and realistic advice regarding valuation of my property, rather than trying to overvalue to gain custom, as some other estate agents do. This meant my flat sold at the asking price without being listed for months and months or needing price reductions. Alison was great with handing all communications between me and the buyer, especially when some issues needed resolving after the home buyers survery. She was also really helpful with chasing my buyers solicitor, who wasn't very proactive. I would definitely recomend Watson Homes.
