That's because from the moment we met Alison who viewed the property we were selling, there was warmth, connection and professionalism. I joked that after marketing our home, the next job was for Alison was to find our dream home. And she did! Then we began to work with Hayley too. Watson Homes - Great Job Well Done. We put our house on the market in April ‘25 and via a very successful open day we had 15 viewings and received 4 offers, over asking price. We chose the second best price due to a better chain and all was going very well. Our buyer turned out to be extremely difficult but WH helped us navigate successfully through this with an end result of completion date 10 weeks later, at end of June. Great experience thanks to a great team. Chloe and Hayley were the bee’s knees through my somewhat chaotic selling process. They’re both very human with a sense of humour. Buyer beware

Our experience buying through Watson Homes was very poor. We committed financially early in the process (in excess of £2,000) at their encouragement, and received plenty of reassurance along the way, only to find that commitment and reassurance counted for nothing when a more convenient buyer appeared. We also found the general conduct unprofessional, including unsolicited suggestions about our own sale arrangements and multiple negative comments about other local agents. If you're buying through Watson Homes, don't mistake reassurance for reliability.

The Watson Home team is incredible, and Allison and Hayley in particular are truly amazing! Our house purchase was made even more enjoyable with the help of Allison and Hayley.
