Dear Sam. I am saddened that you have left a completely unjustified negative review. As you are aware, you booked in to view a property and had verbal as well text confirmation for that appointment. You did not turn up to that viewing and nor did you inform us out of courtesy that you were unable to attend. When one of my female staff members asked you politely why you did not turn up, you turned aggressive and upset her on the phone shouting at her. This type of behaviour is disrespectful and we have done nothing wrong. We have a zero tolerance policy for aggressive behaviour and will not have any member of staff subjected to this. Upsetting a member of staff due to your booking an appointment and then not showing up, to then try to blame us with your unjustified review is unfair and unwarranted. As an efficient and friendly estate agent we pride ourselves in working with many satisfied customers on a daily basis and going the extra mile for all of our clients on sales and rental properties. This is reflected in our genuine 5 star feedbacks, contradicting your unjustified comments. We are happy to deal with you but I would ask that you deal with me personally, as the owner of the business, to avoid any repeat of the above. Michael
