Ushers Estate Agents Carshalton reviews

I was very unimpressed with their customer service. I was interested in a property they had on their books but unfortunately I was attending a wedding on the open day they had planned. I rang to ask them if there was anyway I could see the property before the close of the bidding process. They were not interested at all. They refused point blank to notify the seller of my situation. I am a serious cash buyer that has just been let down on another purchase. I find their approach to potential customers unbelievable and I am really glad I did not have them sell my house. Because it's a sellers market at the moment some estate agents treat potential buyers with disdain and disregard Ushers appears to be one of them. Seller beware... Would you like to get as many people to see your house, so as to ensure that you get the best price? I know I would.

Very helpful and efficient at finding great tenants. Their thorough referencing SAVED US from letting the property to tenants who had passed other local agents checks despite having 3 CCJ's for unpaid rent! Overall a fantastic service. Will only be using them again in the future.

Ushers were incredibly helpful and unerringly patient when an unexpected complication delayed the sale of my property. They gave practical advice from the beginning and went beyond what would be expected of them to assist myself and the buyer.
