I would highly recommend Andrews Estate Agents Carshalton and especially Antoine Cefai. Moving house for me personally was a highly emotionally experience and something I had been putting off for some time. When a property for sale caught my eye, I rang to arrange a viewing without my current property being up for sale. Antoine was reassuring but realistic and set the ball rolling for me. Once my house was on the market I had viewings immediately and was kept informed by email about potential interest and offers. Antoine was always at the end of the phone and responded promptly to emails and other queries and worries. He just seemed to understand what I was looking for and did his best to help with that by arranging appropriate properties to view. He also recommended solicitors and surveyors, both of which I used and was satisfied with the services they provided. From the initial contact to Andrews at the end of May, I had sold, bought and moved into my new home within 4 months.

We bought our first house with Andrews and 14 years later they did the magic again... Great advice, very professional, their property evaluation was the closest to the price we achieved, all evidence based and without trying to convince us to unrealistic target. Our agent Antoine supported us all the way, his view on many aspects of our sale and purchase and endless queries were always answered with the quickest possible turnaround time. We managed to secure a buyer with one other family in the chain in 6 days. Mark from Andrews helped us with sorting out the mortgage, managing mortgage amendment and switching to different house once things got complicated. Andrews also recommended great solicitor £995 +vat for sale and £995+vat for purchase and great service. The whole package worked really well for us. We managed to buy a property in 11 days from acceptance of our offer to exchange without risk of breaking the chain. Base on our experience I highly recommend Andrews. Great local estate agent with great experience and real insight into the market. Buying and selling property can be very stressful but but can bring a massive change to your family.

We chose Andrews to sell our property during the stamp duty holiday period, and they did not disappoint. They very quickly found us a buyer, and helped us immensely during the entire process, pushing the solicitors when the latter were being slow or uncommunicative. Andrews were always extremely easy to get a hold of by phone, responded promptly to emails, and were open and honest throughout the process. This was a small development project that has been in process for a while, and having got Andrews involved with the successful sale of a garage in Carshalton it was a 'no brainer' to go back to the same person to help with a potential value for this new project. The valuation and advice given was spot on, and while the project was delayed by more than a year (due to both construction issues and Covid) support and contact was maintained throughout. It was not a typical property, and not an easy sell, but the Andrews representative I dealt with throughout was right there through it all looking after our best interests.
