GoogleThey took a 12 month tenancy fee from us however the tenant only stayed for 6 months. Have been asking for our other 6 months to be refunded and still no response. Beware some of their staff don’t have basic grammar or communication skills and are extremely pushy when dealing with clients. To their credit there’s Mandy-Sue who is helpful some of the time.

Firstly may I take this opportunity to wish you well and hope that you and your family are settling into your new home - in response to your review please be advised that we did do our utmost to secure a replacement tenant for your property with viewings carried out however as advised we felt that the price was too high which was effecting enquiry level - naturally if you let to sharers a higher rent can be achieved however a family would be a preferred choice for your property - as per our terms if a replacement tenant is not secured by Goodfellows then the pro rata let fee is not refunded - should you wish to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to call - many thanks
