Absolute joke. I was chatting about a news report. Usual stuff, no name calling, no insults, no major controversies and what do I find, Facebook have restricted my account for 6 days, without any explanation or any way to contact them. As soon as I can I will be cancelling my account. There are plenty of other platforms.

My account has been hacked. I sent three identification documents to Facebook support, and I received a notification that this was not enough to establish my identity in order to return my account. But the hacker easily changed my password, email and deleted my phone number. and did not receive any help from Facebook.

Allows scammers on their site to con people out of money. I reported a few of scammers who was impersonating celebrities (quite obviously) but according to Facebook they don’t go against community standards so their page remains to scam people.

Placed an ad on Facebook marketplace, not my first ad but amazed at how many scammers replied, my last ad 4 of the 6 replies on the first day were scams.Also bought and paid for an item on marketplace, never received the item, reported this to facebook absolutly no interest, the supposed seller was still advertising 2 months later.

Can’t sell on Facebook marketplace because it asks me to confirm my identity but when I click on it all I get is a white blank screen where as before I never had a problem.

I had to contact them as I have received a phishing message on messenger claiming to be them and saying that my account would have been shut down.Tried to reach out to them and no response was received.Now I can see how they manage to collect all those fines for failing to protect their customers.

Honestly what did I expect... Ads are ether scams, misleading, offensive, inappropriate, or down right woke. The only reason I'm using it is to connect online with other missionary's for my religion, but its hard to use when ads are saying my religion is filled with nothing but bad people :( .
