I dont think it is fair that they do not allow you to see who reported you and then, ban your facebook account. We have the right to know who reported us, and many people will restraint to be evil.

TrustpilotMarketplace not working
I essentially got shadow banned from facebook marketplace because it says "Marketplace isn't available to you" with no reasonable explanation. I haven't done anything against the TOS or atleast I was not informed that I have. Also, many other people face this problem

Never again will I sell anything on Facebook. Too many scammers and the company does 0 about it. They could at least let us unsend messages, but not even that. Once you give your adress or bank detaild, that's it. DO NOT SELL ON FACEBOOK!

Literally by far the worst customer support I have ever received in my entire life time. BY FAR, its so bad that you cannot even publicly call these people, they have ai and chat bots respond to everything for them, which usually gets nothing done. Truly dystopian sh t show

TrustpilotWorst customer service
I utilize Facebook for my business needs, but unfortunately, the customer service provided through their business suite is highly unsatisfactory. It requires significant effort to track down support, and even when contact is established, the assistance provided is inadequate. It stands as the poorest customer service experience I've encountered.

TrustpilotWaste of time
It use to be cool and functional with a lot of space to grow! It did grow, in line with brands and sponsors that don’t perform the original point of Facebook. Zero of my friends post on Facebook anymore (me too) as all we get is advertising junk on our profiles.Delete account.....

TrustpilotShocking company
My account was taken over in minutes when someone hacked my account and changed the email and phone number, no customer service to contact, and when you communicate online there’s no reply back. They should have a communication centre so you can actually speak to someone

Facebook decided to move the tool bar from the top of my android phone screen to the bottom of the screen. The problem is that the log out tab is now concealed by the toolbar and inaccessible to log out.I have tried contacting Facebook help numerous times but have so far been ignored. I'm not very happy.

TrustpilotHard to navigate
Hard to navigate. It's like jumping through hoops just to find a particular setting you're looking for. And what really p*sses me off is when Facebook changes their interface, the webpages that're supposed help you navigate Facebook never update with it.
