At first they just took away my marketplace access, I wrote some feedback and now this morning I sign on to check on my business page and it says my account is disabled! Really? I worked so hard to build my business off this stupid app and they went and did this to me.

Took my money then refused to run ads saying 'no payment method verified' although I prepaid! Unable to get an answer to 5 emails to support. Caught in endless AI loop unable to contact human being. I can only assume facebook not suitable for marketing ads as system doesn't work and impossible to rectify any issues

face book marketplace is full of ad placement of items prohibited by the general seller, but permitted if you pay to advertise such as Porn, weapons, scams, illegal items. Fishing and mining of data, thieves and scammers apparently ok if they have an appealing profile" - think I am concocting this? - just surf and take note

Facebook to me is a waiste of time. Procratinating = Facebook. I don't go to facebook as much as I use to. As a Business Management Consultant I do not recommend to anyone to use Facebook as a launch platform. My facebook audience is for entertainement and leisure time so there's no point to try sell them business. I am seriously considering leaving Facebook.

Lucky to get a star I've been trying to get into my account for 2 days tried everything even the codes FB sends but then I get a msg saying that code doesn't match the one we sent you. Abysmal. Not worth the hassle communication 'bot' like it's a joke. Service support not there.

Facebook against freedom of speech. they will not let you post what is against their thinking. They support the occupation of Palestine and prevent us from writing against that. Posts will not spread enough and many friends will not see it. Facebook became a frustrating platform. this not applied for a certain date but it was always like that.

I have three different accounts on Facebook, one for family and friends, one I use for private groups I enjoy, and a work related Facebook. In my third one I use for private groups another another user posted a picture of a larger lady eating a huge burger and drinking a sugary soda. I pointed out of this lady cut the bread and sugar she would no longer be a more appropriate weight. My comment was reported for bullying while the author was allowed to continued to allow to keep her post. I was not allowed to post for 24 hours and thought it was unfair. I also found out that all my Facebook accounts were blocked even though I had not written any "offensive" posts on any of these accounts. Since there is so much negativity with Covid, the last election, racism, ect. I like to make my Facebook as positive as possible. Thank you FB as I was just getting back to using and enjoying FB. But to block all my accounts is bs, while allowing post to remain up that are way more mean than how I responded. I will go back to Reddit.. I hope your app dies out. You suck!

Does nothing about scam accounts on Marketplace. Have reported a profile for being the same named person, same picture in different towns in the UK for selling items and not posting them after being paid. Reported to FB and they said profile not removed as in doesn't go against their guidelines. So FB actually promotes scam accounts!! FB is an absolute joke!!

Good if you're user, terrible if you're business. everystep need verification, yet no support or contact if for unknown reason the verification failed. The meta business manager is basically useless if you're unable to verify it since you can do the same thing like having page and running ads with just personal account.
