My account logged out during the outage this week.It comes up with a message that I have done wrong, which I haven't. There are no means to communicate with them in anyway. this is terrible customer service (or the lack of) I am furious as I cannot log back into my account. someone somehow gained access to my account, and I've been doing everything i can to get it back but facebook account recovery is very lame to be honest.I've submitted a valid means of identification, tried inputting the last password i remember etc and it's all to no positive result.

Do NOT, under any circumstances, pay to advertise with Facebook, Instagram or any other Meta service. They will take your money, fail to provide adequate (or any) support and they will frustrate you with their broken systems. I don't think there's a company in the world who needs and deserves to fail more than Meta.

FB encouraged people to set up a business accounts that their livelihood depends on, then suddenly with no reason the personal account and business account are wrongfully suspended after placing an approved marketing campaign with fb, no explanation given nor a way to speak to anyone to appeal. The suspension is due to IG link by a hacker thru Facebook.

Opened the account. Like multiple others, my account was disabled.They asked for a selfie, which I sent. My account has now been permanently closed.Yet they have stolen my image. And I won't be going back on Facebook ever again. I have enough emotionally. And I also noticed that there are more fake accounts. And Facebook won't remove them .

Scammed out of a few quid on Facebook Marketplace. I couldn't find a way to report it on Facebook despite giving it a few hours of my time. I paid via Paypal who didn't want to know. I could not get through to speak to a real person on either Facebook or Paypal.
