I made the age old mistake of getting sucked into boosting my post through Facebook. To say, I’ve regretted this decision is an understatement. I’ve received precisely nothing other than derogatory, condescending and troll-like comments from moronic individuals that have got nothing better to do than cyber bully and ridicule someone who is generally trying to reach out and support disadvantage people, struggling with their mental health. Avoid at all costs 🫣

The support is totaly useless, and they only send links and tell you to click on different spots, and it took me 2 weeks only to find a real person to talk to because my account was hacked and ask if I could take away the cards that they told me not to do, and of course because it started to steal money from my account, I took down my card so it stopped taking money from me, but now that it's been over 2 months, my ads account is still closed, and I'm still waiting for money back. monopoly is dangerous because a normal company would never survive this way

out of the blue just blocked my account with no explanation have tried to solve the problem but it is impossible. what right have they got to do this without any reason,i think they are totally unfair and even irresponsible very upset about the whole thing.it happened some time ago but i tried again to rectify it today with no luck.

I can not contact to their support or get any help regarding my page. My page was banned because my marketers are from India and they made account from there and now I take control on that account and once I put my UK information's in accounts they blocked that account and now there is not any way of recovering them. Very bad from meta and Zuckerberg's company

Since immigrating, I’ve lost access to both my Instagram and Facebook accounts, and the help support pages have been utterly useless in resolving the issue. It’s incredibly frustrating that I’ve been able to regain access to all of my banking apps with relative ease, yet getting back into my social media accounts has been a nightmare.

It was a great idea that got hijacked by idiocy and money grubbing and now it's a worthless platform that spreads bile.If I post something that is meaningful to me, it gets no traction. If I post an inflammatory garbage opinion, it gets a ton. The platform makes everyone who uses it miserable and does little to nothing to actually create real connections.It's entire existence has become predicated on getting information from you and selling it to advertisers.

Been logged out from Business Page account and now FB says my email is not associated with any accounts and support, when you can get to it, absolutely rubbish and sending us in circles. Nobody knows anything. The whole site is falling to bits. I can't see it surviving for a lot longer, going the way of Dodo and MySpace...

Advert preferences and you can adjust what you want or do not want to see….. it doesn’t matter, Facebook never changes or adjusts toyour request and continues to bombard you with rubbish. Example - 60 yr old veteran and gets adverts for PRIDE and Fitness. ….. I’m disabled because of my military service and I’m not gay. FFS

This is a horrible company. They blocked my account for no reason, so I can't help my clients now with their social media, and that's one of my main jobs. I have to create a new account. I can't verify for some reason, even though I tried with various IDs their crappy systems just keeps asking the same questions in an infinite loop.

A friends account was hacked and the hacker was pretending to be them trying to scam people and despite reporting the posts, account and messages, Facebook doesn't care and it continues. Another friends account was cloned, same thing, Facebook doesn't care. On the other hand I post an opinion or some facts and get restricted, what an absolute joke.

I was a gaming creator who creates short form vertical videos. After uploading a few videos, I got locked out of the Reel section, not allowing me to upload reels anymore. I assume this is one of the ways the site shadow bans you. This new shadow ban system is not a good practice for creators who are trying to grow. Sites need to stop doing this! After my experience, I deleted my account and uninstalled the app.

What a load of rubbish this platform has become. Too many fraudulent profiles and scams on marketplace which Facebook seem to be unable or probably not bothered to control. Constantly bombarded with advertisements not at all relevant to me. An utter waste of people’s time. Do yourselves a favour and put your phones and iPads away and do something productive instead!!!
