This is one of the worst places to put your listings, they banned me out of marketplace for no apparent reason. I never did any harm to no one, in all my messages I was polite and only ting I did was sell. Now I opened up a new account and guess what, they deleted my customer messages. You are pathetic Facebook. I contacted you multiple times on regards of scammers trying to message me, so that you would give me an option to report them. But instead of banning them you ban me, what a great customer service isn't it?

I am asking FB to be more supportive of customers (like me) who purchase items listed on Marketplace but the seller never delivers the goods. Our payment is accepted, processed, information is sent to the buyer with confirmation, tracking, etc. but the products are never received. Complaints have been sent to FB but no responses, Copies of the order, confirmation and any messages between buyer and seller have been shared with FB but they show no support in assisting the buyer.

Uk numbers don't work.Had to set up new account just to contact FB. Reported user was told by FB no Community standers violation so want do anything. I messaged hacker vi's my old profile was told I could have it back if I paid. Fb Still done nothing and hacker is still using my profile and all my pictures.what the hell FB😥

I regret to share my highly disappointing experience with the freelancer Salome M in the field of graphic design. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this individual, and it is essential for potential clients to be aware of my experience.Salome M has failed to adhere to any of the contractual agreements we made. For months, she was supposed to complete specific graphic design tasks, which, as of today, remain incomplete. Despite repeated promises and assurances, she has not met my expectations in any way. It appears that she deliberately lies, claiming to be working on the tasks when, evidently, she is not.Upon further inquiry, Salome M skillfully attempted to provoke rather than constructively address the issues. This lack of willingness to communicate and unprofessional behavior are entirely unacceptable.Furthermore, Salome M has not adhered to the clearly signed contractual agreements. It is evident that she has no interest in fulfilling her obligations.It is crucial to note that Salome M is active on UpWork, and I want to caution other potential clients about this individual. My case seems to be far from an exception, indicating a pattern where individuals in Georgia fail to complete agreed-upon tasks in a timely or quality manner.In summary, my experiences with Salome M have been extremely negative, and I hope that my review serves as a warning to others, helping them avoid potential disappointments.

There moderation system is seriously screwed up. You wouldn't believe I got banned for 6 days for a light banter by posting this particular comment "It's in the UK you silly sausage"Yup. You read that right. Got banned for 6 days under their community service of Bullying and Harassment. I don't think anyone runs Facebook anymore since they have stupid artificial un intelligent program running things. A little misunderstanding by their system will get you banned. If you are an investor. I wouldn't suggest investing in a company that's gonna be replaced by another social media program soon just like Yahoo and MySpace who lost their fans.

i had been listing some thing on thsi site. apart from a scammer trying to con me . called 'mundo del tenis'. which was a scam . i looked them up . plus 3 other odd names elongated non anglo saxon esx names . this firm has done nothing to stop this type of scam yet penalise the innocent . by blocking their accounts. yet this site is full of scams which they do nothing to combat.

I have recently set up a new business and am trying to connect my instagram to my website however it is facebook that is stopping me. When looking into this it seems that the account needs to be a business one to connect so I go on instagram, follow very easy instruction and change it at the click of a button with a live chat help option who was amazing too. I go onto facebook, and all the instructions are not working as I do not have the buttons on my settings to press and there is no way of me getting in contact with facebook to get some help. I have been on so many live chats with other platforms in the last week who have been so helpful, I cannot believe that a big company like facebook does not have this. So I am left with the issue unresolved and unable to link my instragram due to facebook.

Facebook dating is an astonishing compilation of sites entirely comprised of young or youngish females with huge bottoms that they dangle in front of a camera. Even on over 50's Facebook dating huge breasts protrude from young bodies all seeking "true love, age irrelevant"I haven't investigated further but others have and suggest a very close acquaintance with these biologically abnormal entities can be arranged with sufficient financial lubrication, and certain rubber products (!)Facebook meanwhile considers this perfectly normal, and considers 20 something females with huge over bearing physical attributes are naturally drawn to persons over 50 years old, and obviously encourages this. Even though the females in question can rarely string two syllables together, if they even manage to go beyond "how do I look?"The obvious answer is Like a tart,Essentially Facebook dating is a mild porn site with no obvious benefits, custard tarts widely on display for no logical purpose, Facebook has zero interest in addressing and actually trying to set up a dating site that's relevant before it's invaded by huge female posteriors. Location, ages, actual details are all absent. Or mostly so I do not object to beautiful women. I object to Facebook and Google, who both do the same thing. They do NOTHING to prevent the infestation and destruction of a good idea by fat bummed females with vast whatsits that demean the purpose and intention of the original site.Moderation does not exist.If it did, the bums and tits would go elsewhere.

On Facebook marketplace there is a huge scam going on currently, specifically in Leicester area with fraudsters advertising Apple Watch specially Ultra 2, BEWARE, they are all fake. You cannot distinguish the difference between the fake and original in packaging. It’s when you charge the watch and start using the apps, then you’ll realise that you’ve been scammed. Just try using Apple Store when you are meeting someone to buy such a product and it will not work , nor any other apps like WhatsApp, Facebook etc. Please AVOID and spread the news. Thanks

A few months ago, I got hacked. They stole all of my passwords and more. Every website where I was logged in became inaccessible, but most of them responded promptly and assisted me as best as they could. However, when I attempted to contact Facebook support, I discovered that there was no live support available for a direct chat with a real person who could help me. Facebook only offers support through an "IF ... THAN" based system on a simple page where most solutions don't work completely or are just useless.Fortunately, when I got hacked, I had set up a backup email on my Facebook account. When I tried to recover my account through that email, I encountered a problem. Facebook gave me an error message stating, "You cannot use this feature at this time" :) ... I felt hopeless. However, when the hacker deleted my main email, I finally managed to regain access to my Facebook account through my backup account. I don't know how or why it worked, but I was able to recover my Facebook profile. The entire ordeal lasted about two months, during which I tried various methods to regain access to my account.

GAVE THEM ALL DETAILS, AND STAFF COULD SEE ALL INFORMATION ON CONVERSATIONS AND STATED THEY FO NOT ALLOW THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY AND THEY WILL BE DEALT WITH. I WAS TOLD THAT, THE PERSON HAD COMMITED A SERIOUS OFFENCE AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM FACEBOOK, WILL BE REPORTED TO CYBER CRIME TEAM. ALSO TO THE POLICE, THE PERSON/PERSONS WHO ARE INVOLVED. I SAY THIS LOOSELY AS MY EMAILS, BANK DETAILS, ADDRESS INFORMATION, AND LET ALONE TRYING TO GET FRIENDS BANK DETAILS, THE PERSON/PERSONS INVOLVED HAD 5 ATTEMPTS TO GET MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND WAS TRYING TO USE WORLD REMIT AND SIMPLEX COIN MAMA BOTH ARE USED FOR SCAMMERS AND BLACK MAILERS. AND ARE NOT REGULATED. LUCKILY MY BANK WAS STRAIGHT ON IT. 2 PAYMENTS WAS GOING THROUGH THEN RETURNED TO BANK ACCOUNT AS PEOPLE IN AMERICA THOUGHT THE TRANSACTIONS WAS UNUSUAL. I HAD REPORTED THIS TO POLICE AND FRAUDLINE. WAS TOLD IF PERSON /PERSONS HAD ZIP CODE IT EOULD BE EASY TO TRACK DOWN AND THEY STATED THE FEMALE ON FACEBOOK WAS NOT A REAL PERSON AND MORE LIKELY BE A GROUP OF PEOPLE WORKING FROM WAREHOUSES. SINCE THEN ACTION WAS TAKING BY MYSELF AND POLICE. I AM TRULY GLAD THE PERSON GOT REMOVED AND POSSIBLY TOOK TO COURT.NO DOUBT NEW FACEBOOK ACCOUNT IN NEW NAME. AND SCAMMING SOME OTHER PERSON. I ASK ANY ONE WHO ENDS UP BEEN A VICTIM OF SEXTORTION TO REPORT TO FACEBOOK, AND POLICE. I SAY THIS BECAUSE YOU ARE A VICTIM OF A SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENCE AND POLICE GET CALLS ABOUT SEXTORTION EVERY DAY.

I spent a couple days uploading 182 photos into an album in a particular order. I counted them, 182 were there. It had created 2 posts and I only wanted one so I deleted the 2 posts and went to the album - 182 photos still there, and Shared to Feed in one post. When I went on it was saying 110 photos, confusing as post 1 was 149 and post 2 33 photos, but the album was 182. I clicked on the album, and 182 were still there. I added a caption/text and when saved the photos seemed to disappear. The post said 110 photos again. It then said 47 photos on the feed. Still couldn't see any photos. Then it said there was a video there. Now its saying the album is empty. Facebook has lost 2 days of work and my photos. I'm looking at Mewe to transfer and see if its more stable and reliable.

Customer support in FB is comically bad. I have been trying for a day now to report a hacked account in FB; there are various automated procedures that get you into a loop, with no hope of escape. With these IT companies, it's generally the case the support can be sketchy, but FB are championing the concept of non-support to amazing heights.

I've come across pornographic pictures too, but report them and there's no issue. They are not violating community standards but I've been put in Facebook jail for Snoopy posts. I've been deactivated twice. It's a toxic site run by hypocrites.

Is it me or is anyone else's newsfeed full of absolutely rubbish suggested pages? I've just counted and 17 out of 19 posts are absolutely irrelevant spam and all other posts are days/weeks old. Think I'm going to have to give FB up for a while as it's absolute tripe at the moment, doesn't matter how many times I click show less or how many times I click hide etc it's just beyond a joke now.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
