GoogleI have been a tenant with Dragon Residential Lettings for a number of years. I have been very pleased with the service provided by Victoria, Andy and a team. They always have responded quickly, and professionally to any problems I have had during the tenancy and resolved them promptly. I would highly recommend Dragon Residential Lettings to anyone who wants to let their property for a great service and peace of mind knowing your property will be looked after.

Good afternoon and thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this matter and the only correspondence we have ever received from you was a 'Valuation enquiry' email asking us to contact you on an international number via what's app with respect to a property you would like to sell. It was attached to a listing of a property in Llanelli that was marked as Let Agreed so I have to admit that we thought you perhaps had sent your enquiry to the wrong agent in error? Our apologies if this was not the case. If there is any way we can help you to find a property to rent, we would of course be happy to assist. GoogleDragon Residential Lettings have my managed my property for the past five years and provided an excellent service. They have always found good tenants and ensured that the property has been well maintained. Dragonlets have a professional and caring approach and provide an excellent service to their landlords and tenants. I would highly recommend them.

Hello Tara, I’m sorry to hear you feel that way. Following on from my response to your partner Nick Williams' review, it’s disappointing because throughout your tenancy with us we always maintained our usual friendly and professional approach which was met with an inexplicable hostility from you and your family. Great tenancies are a two-way street and both sides have to be willing to work together. You chose to remain tenants with us for 4 years with no complaints. The only feedback we received is at end of tenancy when you disagreed with us on matters of property condition and security deposit return. Thankfully this has been resolved independently by the DPS, and I can only conclude that your latest comments are in response to their decision.
