Quick to reply to e-mails and always know who you are when you phone - which is rather refreshing these days......with this personalised approach whether you are a tenant or Landlord it makes you feel valued. Any issues raised by tenants are dealt with in a reasonable timescale and if needed they can arrange to have works carried out by competitively priced skilled trades people - which makes the process hassle free and ensures good relations between Landlord and tenant.

GoogleI moved abroad so wanted holistic support from my agent. Dragonlets have been outstanding in every aspect. Firstly, unambiguous and professional communication. They found excellent tenants and managed the whole process expertly. They provided personalised advice and guidance that was invaluable. They valued me as a customer and my house as my prime asset. Dragonlets have made letting my house whilst out of the country stress-free. They have been outstanding in dealing with any issues I have faced. They always go the extra mile to minimise expenses and inconvenience. Let me illustrate this with a prime example. My property experienced a gas leak that resulted in part of the floor being removed to rectify the problem. The whole ground floor was covered in the same laminate floor. Dragonlets searched the internet to find a supplier of the same laminate flooring, they carried-out extensive research to get replacement flooring from the same batch to ensure an exact colour match. This saved me a large amount of money. This is outstanding service, way over and above expectations and typical of Dragonlets.
I am delighted with the personalised, high-quality service I receive from Dragonlets. Living abroad I have absolutely no worries or stress regarding my UK home, I know it is in the best possible hands. I cannot praise Dragonlets highly enough, they deserve recognition.
