GoogleEngaged David James Carlton to handle the sale of my deceased mother's house. As I live in Canada there was some urgency to getting process started whilst over in the UK for only a short time. Everyone was extremely professional and efficient in getting the property on the market quickly. The marketing material was very well done and produced a surprisingly large volume of viewings resulting in an offer on the house within a week. There was constant communications about the sale and I never had to chase them to know what was going on. The sale process was handled very well by Natasha and the usual problems were dealt with efficiently, particularly as a 7 hour time difference between myself and Natasha doesn't really help any. Overall I was very happy with my choice of David James Carlton and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleFantastic service from Natasha and the rest of the team. These are the people to have on your side whilst going through the process of selling your home. Nothing was too much trouble and every step of the process was handled with genuine empathy and total support. Selling and moving house can be a very gruelling task...Natasha kept the whole process moving forward with true professionalism and kindness. Thank you so much for getting us to the 'finishing post'
